Simple Enough
This blog is designed for those of you that are looking to get into or continue healthy living on a daily basis. After turning fifty I noticed a big difference in my energy levels, my weight and my overall health. After doing some research and talking with my family doctors I decided it was time that I took control or my everyday health. This is not a blog about fad diets or gimmicks. Everything I write here comes from things that have worked for me. I am not a doctor or health care professional and you should consult your health care professional if you have questions just as I did. I am not saying that everything I have done will work for you but I am saying that you need to take charge of your own health and this is what I have done and want to share it with you all.
